The Workshop Design

I structure all my Strategy Lab Workshops along three phases:

ENTERING

Scattered thoughts become shared presence. This phase is about opening the space with intention, setting the tone, and inviting people to arrive not just physically, but mentally and emotionally.

CENTERING

Focus. Focus. Focus.

This is the strategic core of the workshop. It’s where ideas, tensions, and perspectives converge - and something new begins to take shape: shared clarity, surprising insights, and real movement.

EXITING

Where insight turns into commitment. This is about translating our momentum into clear next steps, anchoring what matters, and ensuring our work keeps unfolding beyond the workshop.
